Production

We rely on modern machinery in our production facilities. With injection molding machines that cover clamping forces from 250KN to 2200KN and injection weights from 0.2g to 690g, we offer you a reliable and cost-efficient production process in 2-shift operation. Thanks to automation technology and special functions such as core pulls, air valves, gravimetric dosing devices and drying systems, we can also meet demanding production requirements. We process all standard and special thermoplastics for small and large series.

Assembly and component assembly

We also offer assembly work and the assembly of modules. We take care of the complete assembly of your plastic components and ensure that the assemblies are brought together perfectly.

1. from what annual quantity do we accept inquiries?
For us, the annual quantity is not decisive – it has to be worthwhile for the customer. The tooling and set-up costs should be sensibly integrated into the customer’s amortization calculation. We realize orders with annual quantities of 500 to 1,000,000 parts.
No, the tool costs are always charged separately. The injection mold thus becomes 100% the property of the customer. The unit prices only include the production costs, including set-up costs, material, packaging and handling.
The maintenance and service costs of the injection molds are already included in the parts price and are not charged separately. Only wear parts that need to be replaced in the course of use will be charged to the customer additionally.
We process a variety of plastics that meet the different requirements of our customers. These include engineering plastics, high-temperature plastics and special composite materials. We will be happy to advise you on the optimum materials for your application.
The duration of development and production depends on the complexity of the injection mold and the specific requirements of the project. As a rule, we need several weeks to a few months to develop, design and manufacture a new mold. We will be happy to provide an exact estimate after discussing the project.
Yes, we are flexible in production and can realize both small series and large series of up to 1,000,000 parts per year. Our aim is to adapt production precisely to the needs and requirements of our customers.
